Dhamodharan runs a highly successful printing business that specializes in delivering end to end solutions including advertising and brand building for client organizations. He works with the core team of FROZEN THOUGHTS, an international magazine in designing. Among his many interests are building leadership skills in people, especially the younger generation. Through Alma Mater Mission, he has conducted numerous programs that have enriched the lives of numerous school children, prepared them to be future leaders, built self confidence and conviction and infused the spirit and message of India Vision 2020 in them.

He is an avid professional photographer and has found numerous subjects for his skill in his travels abroad to Nepal, China, Singapore, Hong kong, Germany, Italy and France. He works as a brand building consultant for AIM for SEVA an NGO. He is happily married to Jansi Rani with two daughters Priyanka and Deepika, and has an elder brother and younger sister. He is very passionate about leading and building people.

Vanniarajan began life in very humble surroundings as a child labourer in Sivakasi's match factories. These early years shaped his thinking and philosophies in later life. He has a distinguished academic and industry record, with many awards. As a highway driving enthusiast and has seen a variety of driving conditions from driving through severe ice, sleet and snow in the US north west to our own panchayat "roads" in southern Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.

He is an avid reader of books on consciousness, minds, pattern of thinking, illusions, etc. J.Krishnamurti's books and journals are his favorites. Deeply interested in social causes, has been associated with The Banyan NGO for the last 10 years.He is also interested and working with initiatives to improve quality of primary education. Part of a large extended family “Ala Maram” (Banyan tree) consisting of his relatives and friends, much beloved of all of them. Has 2 younger brothers, 1 sister and is happily married.
