It is proposed that the expedition be organized as a collaborative effort between us (Falcon team) and Banyan. Falcons will provide vehicles, and expedition drivers. We will depend on Banyan to liaise with state governments, police officials, local bodies, presspersons, electronic media and other NGOs, and major celebrities in order to provide logistical and administrative support along the entire routes, especially in major cities and towns covered, besides providing advance publicity.

It is expected that major expenses like accommodation, food, fuel and incidental expenses like team costumes, vehicle remodeling and maintenance will be met through solicitation of appropriate sponsors. Banyan will provide audio visual materials in various regional languages which will enable us to publicize their work. Banyan will also liaise with other local NGOs in assisting us with this effort.

The route covers above 8000 kms connecting several National Highways, state roads, and desert, mountain and valley drives and covers the following states: Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal, Punjab, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, and Kerela.

Srinagar will be touched subject to clearance from the appropriate authorities. We may also cut short a distance of 1500 km from Mangalore to Chennai in case of time pressure.

The expedition vehicle is a Tata Safari EX, which being a quintessentially Indian creation, is symbolic of the new rising India.
